I’ve spent the last fifteen years making ambitious things happen in almost every type of creative production setting, from visual effects to software development, video shoots to live events.
My role as a creative operations manager relies on my deep experience building creative teams, improving how they work together, supporting the enthusiasm and emotional toll that creative teams incur, and utilizing a strategic mindset to find better ways to do it all, from ideation to delivery.
I’ve had titles including producer, product manager and agency executive, but throughout I’ve handled planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiations, statements of work, pitches, launches and stakeholder management with a hefty side of diplomacy, psychology and grit. I communicate relentlessly, complain infrequently, and take pride in a job well done.
